Geography has a major impact on coffee taste, that's why expert baristas chose their coffee based on its originating region and elevation. Generally speaking, beans grown at an altitude above 4,000 feet are considered Altitude Coffee. These beans are of a complex flavor, intense aroma, and include fruit and nutty notes.

Mostly all of our products are organic. You can determine which ones with the Organic label on the package.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid sun exposure and any kind of heat source. Preferably don't store in refrigerator.
Once opened, ground coffee should be consumed within 3 months. When it comes to coffee beans you should consume it within 6 months.
